Latitude, longitude -29.9087, 30.098047222222 [0 m accuracy] Date 2012/12/6 Notes colony in in one of 2 large jacaranda trees. Nest: 79 counted, few on ground. Note, cut them open. Found to be using jacaranda compound leaves which look just like fever tree compound leaf but larger. Active colony - could not really count males as they were busy flying to and from some location. Colony hangs over small dam & lawns near many buildings of recreational centre. Nest count 79 Nest site tree
