This is an early paper documenting several species of birds using the nests of other species for breeding. Three species were listed as using weaver nests for breeding:

Cape Weaver African Dusky Flycatcher Muscicapa adusta built nest inside weaver nest
Cape Weaver Cape Sparrow Passer melanurus found sparrow clutches in weaver nests [text implies several records]
Yellow Bishop Karoo Prinia Prinia maculosa 2 records of prinia adding lining to widow nests
