Notes40 nest in total. 7 green & 2 rings. This is on a small dam and once again the birds are in two groups in the reads 10 mt apart. Many active builders around as well as even more juvenile birds that looked like "apprentice" builders by the way they were observing. It is extremely difficult to count the nests in the reeds as the birds build low down near to the water.
